HANGING CEILING STRUCTURE AND METAL FITTING THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging ceiling structure of higher seismic resistance than conventional structures.SOLUTION: A hanging ceiling structure of the present invention includes a square pipe ceiling joist receiver 1 held by a hanger fixed on a hanging bolt, a ceiling joist 2 intersecting with the ceiling joist receiver 1, and a clip 10 fixing the ceiling joist 2 on the ceiling joist receiver 1. The clip 10 includes a hook-shaped holding plate part 12 extending upward from an engaged part with the ceiling joist 2, and a tightening plate part 13 extending upward from a tip of the holding plate part 12. An inverted T-shaped clip spacer 20 constituted of a bottom surface plate part and a standing plate part is disposed between the tightening plate parts 13, and the tightening plate parts 13 are tightened with the standing plate part in between. A clip stopper 30 is fixed on the ceiling joist 2 with a fixing screw S for use, the clip stopper including two arm parts 31 located outside of the clip 10 that holds the ceiling joist receiver 1, as well as engaged parts 32, 33 extending downward from both ends of each of the arm parts 31, where the engaged parts 32 on one side are continuous as one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来よりも耐震性の高い吊り天井の構造を提案する。【解決手段】本提案に係る吊り天井構造は、吊りボルトに固定されたハンガーにより保持されている角パイプの野縁受け1と、野縁受け1と交差する野縁2と、野縁2を野縁受け1に固定するクリップ10と、を含んで構成される。クリップ10は、野縁2との係止部から上方に延びる鉤形の挟持板部12と、挟持板部12の先端から上方へ延出した締め付け板部13と、を備える。底面板部と直立板部とからなる逆T字状のクリップスペーサー20を締め付け板部13間に配置し、直立板部を間に挟んで締め付け板部13を締め付ける。野縁受け1を挟持したクリップ10の外側に位置する2つの腕部31と、各腕部31の両端から下向きに延出した係止部32,33と、を備え、一方の係止部32が1つにつながっているクリップストッパー30を、固定ネジSにより野縁2に固定して使用する。【選択図】図2
