PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode for a solid oxide fuel cell having excellent electrode performance even when an operation temperature is in a low temperature range (300-700°C), and a manufacturing method of the cathode for a slid oxide fuel cell, and also to provide a solid oxide fuel cell including the cathode.SOLUTION: A cathode for a solid oxide fuel cell is formed on one surface of a solid electrolyte. The cathode comprises a KNiFtype composite oxide represented by the following formula (I), and an ab face of the KNiFtype composite oxide is oriented in a direction vertical to a solid electrolyte surface.
