SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE, VEHICLE, AND TRACK-BASED TRAFFIC SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removal device which efficiently removes snow accumulated on a travel road while suppressing wear of a brush.SOLUTION: A snow removal device 60 comprises: a snow plow unit 61 which is mounted to a vehicle body 51 traveling on a track in front of a running wheel 511, in a travel direction Dr of the vehicle body 51, that is disposed on the vehicle body 51, such that a lower end of the snow plow unit is alienated from a travel road 21a of the track with which the running wheel 511 comes in contact, and which moves away snow at a front part in the travel direction Dr to a vehicle width direction Dw of the vehicle body 51 as the vehicle body 51 moves forward in the travel direction Dr; and a snow removal brush unit 62 which is mounted to the vehicle body 51 behind the snow plow unit 61 in the travel direction Dr and in front of the running wheel 511 in the travel direction Dr, such that a lower end of the snow removal brush unit contacts the travel road 21a, and so as to be disposed in a position where at least a part of the snow removal brush unit overlaps the snow plow unit 61 when viewed from the front part in the travel direction Dr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
