CAULKING MATERIAL SUPPLY NOZZLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking material supply nozzle that delivers a caulking material sufficiently to reach underneath a groove, therefore prevent insufficiency in a thickness of the caulking material in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A caulking material supply nozzle includes a tip part that has a caulking material supply port for injecting a caulking material formed and is inserted into a groove into which the caulking material is injected, and a diameter-reducing part that continues from the tip part and has an outer diameter that tapers toward the tip part. A cross-section of the tip part orthogonal to an axis of an inner flow channel is of a flat shape with a thickness in a transverse direction that either remains constant or is tapered toward the caulking material supply port. A thickness of the diameter-reducing part in the transverse direction is tapered toward the tip part, and a ratio of change in the thickness of the tip part in the transverse direction per unit length toward the caulking material supply port is smaller than the ratio of change in the thickness of the diameter-reducing part in the transverse direction per unit length toward the tip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
