REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR STEEL TOWER LEG PART THAT RESOLVES UNEVEN DISPLACEMENT OF STEEL TOWER, AND DISPLACEMENT ADJUSTMENT METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement method for a steel tower leg part that curtails construction period, may be implemented readily, and is highly reliable in terms of strength, aiming to resolve uneven displacement caused by uneven subsidence of the steel tower foundation, along with a displacement adjustment metal fitting suited to the reinforcement method.SOLUTION: Concrete of a leg part foundation 1 of a steel tower is chipped, an exposed column 2 is cut, the cut portion is re-connected using a displacement adjustment metal fitting 10 fitted on the cut portion, and the leg part foundation 1 is reconstructed by embedding the exposed column 2 in concrete along with the displacement adjustment metal fitting 10. The reinforcement method for the leg part of the steel tower resolves uneven displacement of the steel tower by cutting the column, and after resolving the uneven displacement, the cut portion of the column may be connected at high strength by the displacement adjustment metal fitting 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】工期を短縮でき、容易に施工が可能で、強度的に信頼性の高い鉄塔基礎の不等沈下等による不同変位を解消するための鉄塔脚部の補強方法とこの補強方法に適した変位調整金具を提供する。【解決手段】鉄塔の脚部基礎1のコンクリートを斫り、露出した支柱材2を切断し、切断箇所に取り付けた変位調整金具10により切断箇所を再接続し、変位調整金具10ごと先の露出させた支柱材2をコンクリート中に埋設して脚部基礎1を再建する。この鉄塔の脚部の補強方法では、支柱材を切断して鉄塔の不同変位を解消すると共に、この不同変位を解消した状態で変位調整金具10により支柱材の切断箇所を高強度に接続することが可能である。【選択図】図12
