HEAT COLLECTING PIPE EXECUTION METHOD AND HEAT COLLECTING PIPE EXECUTION TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat collecting pipe execution method capable of installing the heat collecting pipe in a hollow pile at a low cost within a short time.SOLUTION: When a hollow pile 12 is installed in the ground, just after completion of a pile work in which filled material 13 under flown state is filled in the pile 12 body, a weight 11 of smaller diameter than an inner diameter of the pile 12 and a heat collecting pipe 14 having an extremity end fixed to the weight 11 are sunk into a fixing depth by gravity forces acting on the weight 11 and the heat collecting pipe 14, and further when a buoyancy acted on them in the material 13 to be filled is larger than a gravity force acting on them, the weight 11 and the heat collecting pipe 14 are sunk to a fixing depth in the material 13 to be filled by adding a pushing force for pushing the weight 11 into the material 13 to be filled by a long pushing member 27 removably connected to the weight 11 to it. The long pushing member 27 is removed from the weight 11, recovered from within the material 13 to be filled and lets the weight body 11 and the heat collecting pipe 14 left in the material 13 to be filled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで、かつ短時間のうちに中空の杭体内に採熱管を設置できる採熱管施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地中に中空の杭体12を設置する際に、流動状態の被充填物13が杭体12内に充填される杭工事の終了直後に、杭体12の内径より小径の重錘体11と、この重錘体11に先端部を取り付けた採熱管14とを、重錘体11および採熱管14に作用する重力によって、また、これらに作用する重力よりも被充填物13中のこれらに作用する浮力が上回る場合は、重錘体11に着脱自在に接続した長尺押込材27により重錘体11を被充填物13中に押し込む押込力を加えて、重錘体11および採熱管14を被充填物13中の定着深度まで沈設する。長尺押込材27は重錘体11から取り外して被充填物13中から回収し、上記被充填物13中に、上記重錘体11および採熱管14を残置させる。【選択図】図1
