MILL APPLIED TO METHOD PRODUCING HIGH-QUALITY RECYCLE AGGREGATE FROM CONCRETE WASTE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mill applied to a method capable of producing high-quality recycle aggregate with concrete waste as an ingredient.SOLUTION: The mill comprises: a cylindrical drum body; a central axis penetrating the drum body in cylinder longitudinal direction; a plurality of mill plates attached in longitudinal direction of the central axis with a predetermined interval and sectioning inner space of the drum body into a plurality of mill room; and a pressure receiving member attached to the drum body and opposing to the mill plate. Both end parts of the central axis are supported by a pair of bearing member. An upstream side end part of the central axis is connected to a motor rotating the central axis. A screen member is attached onto a downstream side end part of the central axis. An outlet discharging a milled object is provided at near lower position of both end parts drum body. An outlet area changing mechanism for changing the size of the outlet is arranged on the drum body. The outlet area changing mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a lid plate reciprocating in a linked manner to stretch of a rod of the hydraulic cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
【課題】コンクリートガラを原料として、高品質の再生骨材を製造することができる方法に適用する摩砕機を提供すること。【解決手段】円筒状のドラム体と、該ドラム体内を筒長方向に貫く中心軸と、該中心軸の長さ方向に所定間隔で取り付けられて、前記ドラム体の内部空間を複数の摩砕室に区画する複数の摩砕板と、前記ドラム体に取り付けられて、前記摩砕板に対向する受圧部材とを備え、前記中心軸の両端部は、一対の軸受け部材により支持され、前記中心軸の上流側の端部には当該中心軸を回転させるモータが連結され、前記中心軸の下流側の端部にはふるい部材が取り付けられた、摩砕機であって、前記ドラム体の両端部の下方寄り位置に、被摩砕物を排出する排出口が設けられ、前記ドラム体に、前記排出口の大きさを変更するための排出口面積可変機構が設けられ、前記排出口面積可変機構は、油圧シリンダと、該油圧シリンダのロッドの伸縮に伴って往復移動する蓋板とを備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図18
