ASPHALT BLEEDING PREVENTION PRIMER, ASPHALT BLEEDING PREVENTION STRUCTURE AND ASPHALT BLEEDING PREVENTION CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt bleeding prevention primer excellent in asphalt bleeding prevention performance, workability and environment property, an asphalt bleeding prevention structure and an asphalt bleeding prevention construction method.SOLUTION: There are provided an asphalt bleeding prevention primer containing 100 pts.wt. of vinyl acetate emulsion and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent, an asphalt bleeding preventing structure by laminating at least two layers of a coating layer by drying the primer on an asphalt ground layer and a finishing layer in this order, and an asphalt bleeding prevention construction method having a process of preparing the primer by mixing 100 pts.wt. of vinyl acetate emulsion and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent, a process of applying the primer on the asphalt ground layer, a process for drying the primer applied in the primer application process to make a coated film and a process of forming the finishing process in an upper side than the coating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスファルトブリード抑制性能、施工性及び環境性に優れたアスファルトブリード防止プライマー、アスファルトブリード防止構造、及び、アスファルトブリード防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】酢酸ビニルエマルジョン１００重量部と架橋剤５〜５０重量部とを含むアスファルトブリード防止プライマー（プライマー）、アスファルト下地層に該プライマーを乾燥してなる塗膜層、及び、仕上層の少なくとも二層をこの順に積層してなるアスファルトブリード防止構造、並びに、酢酸ビニルエマルジョン１００重量部と架橋剤５〜５０重量部とを混合しプライマーを作製する工程と、アスファルト下地層にプライマーを塗布する工程と、プライマー塗布工程で塗布したプライマーを乾燥させ塗膜層とする工程と、塗膜層よりも上側に仕上層を形成する工程と、を有するアスファルトブリード防止工法とする。【選択図】図１
