MULTIPLE SPINDLE EXCAVATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of reducing boring performance by push-in resistance between the unexcavated ground and an inter-axial connection bearing except for an excavation part of a multiple spindle under excavator, in excavation work by a plurality of excavation heads.SOLUTION: An inter-axial connection bearing 15 is provided between adjacent excavation shaft 8 and excavation shaft 8 of a plurality of excavation shafts 8 having an excavation head 10. The inter-axial connection bearing 15 connects a pair of bearing parts 16 of the excavation shaft 8 by a connection spacer 17. In a multiple spindle excavator, the inter-axial connection bearing 15 is provided with an inter-axial excavator 20 for excavating the unexcavated ground 21 unexcavated by the excavation head 10 under the inter-axial connection bearing 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】複数の掘削ヘッドによる掘削作業では、多軸下掘削装置の掘削部分以外の未掘削地盤と軸間連結軸受との押込抵抗による掘進性能が低下するという課題がある。【解決手段】掘削ヘッド10を有する複数の掘削軸8の隣接する掘削軸8と掘削軸8との間に軸間連結軸受15を設ける。軸間連結軸受15は掘削軸8の一対の軸受部16を連結スペーサ17により連結する。軸間連結軸受15には軸間連結軸受15の下方の掘削ヘッド10が掘削しない未掘削地盤21を掘削する軸間掘削装置20を設けた多軸掘削装置。【選択図】図2
