CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STORAGE TANK AND STORAGE TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a storage tank of high efficiency.SOLUTION: A sidewall steel plate 31 for forming a sidewall of an inner tank 3a of an LNG tank 100 is temporarily arranged by superposing a plurality of layers in the inner-outer direction on the inside of an oil protective barrier 2. A steel roof 32 is installed on the innermost side annular sidewall steel plate 31. Afterwards, this steel roof 32 and the sidewall steel plate 31 are lifted, and a residual sidewall steel plate 31 of a planar C shape is pushed in toward the inside from the outside, and an upper edge position of the sidewall steel plate 31 of becoming newly the innermost side among the residual sidewall steel plate 31, is joined to the lower edge of the lifted sidewall steel plate 31, and is closed by welding mutual side ends of the sidewall steel plate 31, and the upper edge of this sidewall steel plate 31 and the lower edge of the lifted sidewall steel plate 31 are welded. An inner tank 3a is constructed by repeating this.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】効率性の高い貯留槽の構築方法等を提供する。【解決手段】LNGタンク100の内槽3aの側壁を形成するための側壁鋼板31を、防液堤2の内側で内外方向に複数層重ねて仮置きする。そして、最内側の環状の側壁鋼板31に鋼製屋根32を取付ける。その後、この鋼製屋根32、側壁鋼板31等を上昇させ、平面C字状の残りの側壁鋼板31を外側から内側へ向かって押し込み、上昇させた側壁鋼板31の下縁と、残りの側壁鋼板31のうち新たに最内側となった側壁鋼板31の上縁の位置を合わせ、当該側壁鋼板31の側端同士を溶接して閉合し、この側壁鋼板31の上縁と上昇させた側壁鋼板31の下縁を溶接する。これを繰り返すことで、内槽3aが構築される。【選択図】図1
