THIS INVENTION IS PATENT APPLICATION OF WEED PREVENTIVE PAVEMENT MATERIAL, PRODUCT AND COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF CON-SOIL POWDER PAVEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement material having excellent water permeability, potent compression strength, folding strength, weedproof property and excellent durability.SOLUTION: After mixing at requirement composition, the mixed resultant is laid in place and then finished by pressing at rotation pressure of 200 to 3,000 kg with exclusive press machine. In composition of the pavement, any of EVA, Portland cement or Portland blast-furnace cement is mixed at 5 to 25% of aggregate weight. Powder emulsion, EVA-DM-1645 PM are mixed at 5 to 22% at every utility. Excellent properties of volcaniclastic rock, molten slag, andesite, Shirasu sand, Shirasu balloon and crushed rock, such as strength, water retaining property, insulation property, water purification property and the like, are applied to pavement so as to return rain water into the ground. Gap ratio of water permeable pavement is 15 to 25%. Due to natural evaporation phenomenon of water stored in the gap, surface temperature is 5 to 10°C lower than asphalt pavement or concrete pavement, thus suppression of heat island and weed prevention and suppression of global warming are realized.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い透水性、強圧縮強度、曲強度、防草性、優れた高耐久性のある舗装材を提供する。【解決手段】規定の配合で混練後敷設して、専用プレス機械で200〜3,000kgの転圧力で押さえて仕上げる。舗装の配合は、EVA、ポルトランドセメント又は高炉セメントの何れかを骨材重量の5〜25%を混合する。粉末エマルジョン、EVA‐DM−1645PMを用途別々に5〜22%を混合する。火山砕石、溶融スラグ、安山岩、シラス砂、シラスバルーン、砕石の特性である強度、保水性、遮熱性、水の浄化性等優れた性能を生かして舗装をすることで雨水を地中に還元する。透水性舗装の空隙率15〜25%であり、空隙の水貯留の自然的蒸発現象で、表面温度が、アスファルト舗装やコンクリート舗装より5〜10度℃低くなりヒートアイランドの抑制、雑草防止、地球温暖化の抑制に貢献できる。【選択図】なし
