PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper set capable of sufficiently absorbing vibrational energy by a large earthquake.SOLUTION: A joining structure comprises a first member 61 introduced into a structure and forming a horizontal long hole 61a or a horizontal long groove of extending up to the predetermined length in the in-plane horizontal direction, a second member 33 installed on a face bar 31 of the structure, an interposing structure 62 fitted in a through-hole 33c formed in the second member 33 and fixed in a state of contacting with a surface of the first member 61 and a fastening member for fastening these by penetrating a shaft of a bolt 63 through the horizontal long hole 61a or the horizontal long groove of at least the interposing structure 62 and the first member 61, and the interposing structure 62 is thickened more than a plate thickness of the second member 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
