PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space capable of reducing vibration of a plural-layer building caused by wind and an earthquake, and effectively usable in a story (a lower floor) under a roof floor.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 2 is installed in a penthouse 3 on a roof floor. Since the penthouse 3 on the roof floor is a structure of easily swinging more than a lower floor, its stroke quantity can be largely taken more than when installing the vibration control device 2 on the lower floor, even absorbable energy becomes large, and the whole vibration of a building 1 can be effectively reduced. Since the vibration control device 2 may not be installed on the lower floor or the number of vibration control devices installed on the lower floor can be reduced, a lower floor space can be effectively used except for vibration control use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】風や地震に伴う複数層建築物の振動を軽減できるようにすると共に、屋上よりも下の階(下階)において有効利用できるスペースを確保する。【解決手段】制振装置2を屋上の塔屋3に取り付ける。屋上の塔屋3は下階に比べて揺れやすい構造であるので、前記制振装置2を下階に設置する場合に比べてそのストローク量を大きく取ることができ、吸収できるエネルギーも大きなものとなり、建築物1の全体の振動を効果的に軽減することができる。また、前記制振装置2を下階に取り付けなくて良い、或いは下階に取り付ける制振装置の数を軽減できるので、下階のスペースを制振用途以外に有効利用することができる。【選択図】図1
