PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a deformation quantity of a gutter member small, even when a water quantity is much.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of an eaves gutter is provided for supporting a gutter member 1 by a building structure 10 by using a suspender 20, by using the cross-sectional U-shaped gutter member 1 having a bottom part 3 of a predetermined width and a side part 2 of rising from both ends in the width direction of its bottom part 3, in which the gutter member 1 comprises a side part locking part D respectively provided in both-side side parts 2 and a bottom part locking part B provided in the middle of the bottom part 3, and the suspender 20 comprises an extension material 21 for tying between both-side side parts 2 and 2 and a suspension material 23 of extending downward from the extension material 21, and comprises a first locking part A locking on a bottom part locking part B on the suspension material 23 and a second locking part C locking on a side part locking part D on both ends of the extension material 21, and the bottom part locking part B comprises a locking projection part 5 of projecting upward from the bottom part 3, and the first locking part A comprises sandwiching parts 24 and 25 for sandwiching the locking projection part 5 from both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水量が多い場合にも、樋部材の変形量を小さく抑える。【解決手段】所定幅の底部３と、その底部３の幅方向両端から立ち上がる側部２とを備える断面コ字状の樋部材１を用い、樋部材１を吊具２０を用いて建造物１０に支持する軒樋の固定構造において、樋部材１は、両側の側部２にそれぞれ設けられる側部係止部Ｄと、底部３の中ほどに設けられる底部係止部Ｂを備え、吊具２０は、両側の側部２，２間を結ぶ架渡材２１と、架渡材２１から下方に伸びる吊下材２３とを備え、吊下材２３に底部係止部Ｂに係止する第一係止部Ａを、架渡材２１の両端に側部係止部Ｄに係止する第二係止部Ｃを備えた。底部係止部Ｂは、底部３から上方へ突出する係止用凸部５を備え、第一係止部Ａは、係止用凸部５を両側から挟み込む挟持部２４，２５を備える。【選択図】図１
