REINFORCEMENT BRACE CONNECTING METAL FITTING OF SUSPENDED CEILING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement brace connecting metal fitting of the suspended ceiling capable of suppressing the occurrence of outer-surface falling in a lower end side joining part of a reinforcement brace.SOLUTION: A reinforcement brace connecting metal fitting 15 of the suspended ceiling is provided for connecting the lower end side of a reinforcement brace 7 to a ceiling backing 6 of assembling a main steel material 1 extended in horizontal one direction T1 and a connection steel material 5 extended in the other direction T2 in a lattice shape, and comprises substantially orthogonally arranged one sidewall plate part 17 and other sidewall plate part 16, and comprises four reinforcement brace connecting metal fitting pieces 18 formed in a substantially L shape. The reinforcement brace connecting metal fitting pieces 18 are respectively installed in four recessed corner parts 20 of arranging the main steel material 1 and the connection steel material 5 in a cross shape by connecting the one sidewall plate part 17 to the main steel material 1 and the other sidewall plate part 16 to the connection steel material 5, and are constituted so as to connect the lower end side of the reinforcement brace 7 to the one sidewall plate part 17 and the main steel material 1 and/or the other sidewall plate part 6 and the connection steel material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補強ブレースの下端側の接合部に面外倒れが生じることを抑止できる吊り天井の補強ブレース接続用金具を提供する。【解決手段】水平の一方向T1に延設される主鋼材1及び他方向T2に延設される連結鋼材5を格子状に組み付けてなる天井下地6に補強ブレース7の下端側を接続するための吊り天井の補強ブレース接続用金具15であって、略直交配置された一側壁板部17と他側壁板部16とを備えて略L字状に形成された4つの補強ブレース接続用金具片18を備える。また、主鋼材1と連結鋼材5が十字状に配されてなる4つの入隅部20にそれぞれ、一側壁板部17を主鋼材1に、他側壁板部16を連結鋼材5に接続して補強ブレース接続用金具片18を設置するとともに、一側壁板部17と主鋼材1に、及び/又は他側壁板部6と連結鋼材5に補強ブレース7の下端側を接続するように構成する。【選択図】図1
