PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for terrazzo that prevents peeling of an aggregate.SOLUTION: A shell fragment 12 is pasted on a wire net 20 using a flexible adhesive 14, for making a shell fragment assembly 22. The shell fragment assembly may be used for manufacturing factory-made terrazzo and construction site-made terrazzo. The shell fragment assembly is embedded in cement paste, cured, and then the shell fragments are polished. The thin shell fragments polished on a surface do not peel off, because shell fragments have been bonded to each other with the adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】骨材の剥離を防止できるテラゾの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】金網２０の上に貝殻砕片１２を可撓性接着剤１４で接着し、貝殻砕片集積体２２を作製する。貝殻砕片集積体は、工場テラゾおよび現場テラゾの製造に、用いることができる。貝殻砕片集積体をセメントペーストに埋め込んで、硬化した後に、研磨し、貝殻砕片を研ぎ出す。貝殻砕片同士は、接着剤で互いに接着しているので、表面に研ぎ出された薄い貝殻砕片が、剥離することはない。【選択図】 図６
