RENOVATION METHOD FOR INSTALLING INNER THERMAL INSULATION STRUCTURE IN BUILDING, INNER THERMAL INSULATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING, AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation method for installing an inner thermal insulation structure in a building, an inner thermal insulation structure of a building, and a building for securely installing the inner thermal insulation structure in the building, with considerations given to a height of finished floor surface.SOLUTION: A renovation method is for installing an inner thermal insulation structure 1A in a building 2 having a first window 4 installed on an opening on an exterior wall 5, and a slab 8 installed in a direction orthogonal to the exterior wall 5 below a lower edge of the first window 4, and includes the following steps for: installing a thermal insulation material 7 on an indoor side of the exterior wall 5 along the exterior wall 5, covering from a height position at the lower edge of the first window 4 to a top surface 8a of the slab 8; installing a second window 6 on an upper edge 7t side of the thermal insulation material 7, the second window having a window frame 9 and window glass 10; and installing a finishing floor 3 at a location below a height position of the window frame 9a on a lower edge side of the second window 6 and above the slab 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仕上げ床の高さを考慮して建築物に内断熱を確実に施工する建築物に内断熱構造を設ける改修方法,建築物の内断熱構造及び建築物を提供する。【解決手段】外壁5の開口部に設けられた第1の窓4と、第1の窓4の下端よりも下方で外壁5に直交する方向に設けられたスラブ8と、を備えた建築物2に内断熱構造1Aを設ける改修方法において、第1の窓4の下端の高さ位置からスラブ8の上面8aに亘って、外壁5に沿って外壁5の屋内側に断熱材7を配する工程と、断熱材7の上端7t側に窓枠9と窓ガラス10とを備えた断熱性能を有する第2の窓6を設置する工程と、スラブ8の上方で第2の窓6の下辺側の窓枠9aの高さ以下の位置に仕上げ床3を設置する工程とを有する。【選択図】図1
