REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR CORRODED STEEL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a corroded steel member that enhances reliability and efficiency of reinforcing work for a corroded steel member, and connecting and reinforcing the corroded steel member for certain.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure 1 for a corroded steel member on which unevenness 80 has been formed on a surface 8a. The reinforcing structure 1 for the corroded steel member to which the present invention is applied includes a filler plate 2 installed to be in contact with a corroded steel member 8, and a reinforcing plate 5 installed to be in contact with the filler plate 2. The filler plate 2 is formed by lamination and molding or cut and molding so as to have an irregular surface 30 formed almost irregularly on one surfaces 3 coming in contact with the corroded steel member 8, and a flat surface 40 formed almost flatly on another surface 4 coming in contact with the reinforcing plate 5. The irregular surface 30 is formed almost irregularly to suit a form of the unevenness 80 formed on the surface 8a of the corroded steel member 8, by scanning with a displacement gage the form of the unevenness 80 formed on the surface 8a of the corroded steel member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】腐食鋼材の補強作業の信頼性、効率性を向上させて、また、腐食鋼材を確実に接合、補強することのできる腐食鋼材の補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】表面8aに不陸80が形成された腐食鋼材の補強構造1に関する。本発明を適用した腐食鋼材の補強構造1は、腐食鋼材8に当接させて設けられるフィラープレート2と、フィラープレート2に当接させて設けられる補強板5とを備える。フィラープレート2は、腐食鋼材8に当接される一方の面3で略凹凸状に形成された凹凸面30と、補強板5に当接される他方の面4で略平坦状に形成された平坦面40とを有するものとなるように、積層造形法、又は、切削造形法を用いることで成形されるものである。凹凸面30は、腐食鋼材8の表面8aに形成された不陸80の形状を変位計でスキャンして、腐食鋼材8の表面8aに形成された不陸80の形状に合わせて略凹凸状に形成される。【選択図】図3
