TRACK GAUGE CORRECTION APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track gauge correction apparatus capable of correcting a track gauge between rails, even when a gap cannot be secured between a rail bottom part and a sleeper top surface for inserting a rail catch part, or in a section with a derailment prevention guard installed between rails.SOLUTION: A track gauge correction apparatus includes a pair of rail catch parts 11, 11 that catches a pair of rails 2 respectively, and an expansion/contraction mechanism 12 having each of the rail catch parts 11, 11 disposed on fitted parts 12a, 12a on both sides, for expanding/contracting a distance between the rail catch parts 11, 11. Each of the rail catch parts 11, 11 includes a head part catch part 11a that catches a head part 2a of each rail 2, a web part catch part 11b that catches a web part 2b of each rail 2, and a bottom part catch part 11c that catches a bottom part 2c of each rail 2. Any one of the catch parts 11a to 11c may be fitted selectively and replaceably on both sides of the expansion/contraction mechanism 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
