PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure at low cost which increases stiffness of an entire device including at least two pieces solar cell modules and mounting base frames, and which prevents an excessive contact against the mounting base frame in the case where a solar cell module is deflected due to accumulated snow.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device includes: a mounting base frame having a lower side guide rail; a fixing member having a base part which is fitted in by sliding and being inserted into the lower side guide rail and which has a shape so that it can be fixed to the lower side guide rail, and protrusion parts protrusively provided at an eaves side, a ridge side of a standing wall part erected on the base part, and for fixing and supporting two pieces of solar cell modules by each protrusion part being combined with module frames of the two solar cell modules; and a spacer having a shape which can be fitted in by the base part being slid and inserted along the ridge eaves direction, having an upper side guide rail in which the base part is fixed, and inserted between the mounting base frame and the intermediate fixing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
