CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF FLAT ROPE WITH HOOK IN SAFETY BELT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety belt for high-place work that can be manufactured at low cost without using a heat-shrinkable tube in a sewing portion of a flat rope.SOLUTION: A thimble 5 with a central tubular part 5a for making a flat rope circulate and an external periphery of a rope coupling hole of a hook pass internally inside a loop back tip part of a flat rope is mounted, and a folded-back portion of the flat rope folded back in the thimble forms a sewn part. A cover tube 6 of flexible materials is inserted in the flat rope. The cover tube 6 includes a tubular part 7 covering the sewn part 2b of the flat rope, and locking pieces 8, 9 extended along the surface and the back side of the flat rope. The cover tube is moved to the thimble portion with the flat rope mounted thereon, and the sewn part of the flat rope is covered with the tubular part 7 and the surface of the flat rope wound by the thimble is covered with the locking pieces 8, 9 of the cover tube 6, and then the tips of the locking pieces 8, 9 are locked on the tip part of the thimble 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】平ロープの縫着部分に熱収縮性チューブを使用せず、安価に製造することができる高所作業用の安全ベルトを提供する。【解決手段】平ロープの折り返し先端部の内側に、平ロープを周回させるとともに内方にフックのロープ連結孔の外周辺が通過する中心筒部5aを備えたシンブル5を装着し、シンブルで折り返した平ロープの折り返し部分を縫着部とする。平ロープには、柔軟な材質のカバー筒6を挿入しておく。カバー筒6は、平ロープの縫着部2bを覆う筒状部7と、平ロープの表面及び裏面に沿って延長される係止片8、9を備え、平ロープが装着されたシンブル部分にカバー筒を移動させ、平ロープの縫着部を筒状部7で、シンブルを巻回させた平ロープの表面をカバー筒6の係止片8、9で覆い、係止片8、9の先端をシンブル5の先端部に係止する。【選択図】 図3
