PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel (poly)anionic comb-type polymer that can easily have a structure corresponding to required performances and is excellent in dispersion performance, to provide a production method for easily and efficiently producing the polymer and to provide a cement admixture, an inorganic particle additive and a cement composition each including the polymer.SOLUTION: The (poly)anionic comb-type polymer has a stem part and a branch part. The stem part has an anionic group and the branch part includes a backbone chain and a side chain.SELECTED DRAWING: None
