DOOR OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR TOILET BOOTH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic door opening/closing device that opens/closes a toilet booth door automatically without touching the door.SOLUTION: A door 13 of a toilet booth 10 is retained at an open position, by being supported with a hinge 20 having a reset motion function. A door rotation device 40 is installed that rotates the door 13 retained at the open position toward a closed position. The door rotation device 40 comprises an electric motor 41 started when a booth user turns on a door closing sensor Sinstalled in the toilet booth 10, and a gear mechanism 50 having an input gear 51 and an output gear 53 for rotation of a rotor shaft 42 of the electric motor 41, the output gear being fixed on a central axis for opening/closing the door 13. A torque transmission blocking mechanism 60 is installed on a torque transmission route from the rotor shaft 42 of the electric motor 41 to the output gear 53, for blocking torque transmission from the door 13 side to the electric motor 41 side, enabling reset motion of the door 13 toward the open position with the hinge 20 having the rest motion function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】トイレブースのドアの開閉を、ドアに手を触れることなく自動的に行うことができる衛生的なドアの開閉装置を提供することである。【解決手段】トイレブース１０のドア１３を復帰動機能付きヒンジ２０により支持して開放位置に保持する。開放位置に保持されたドア１３を閉鎖位置に向けて回動するドア回動装置４０を設ける。ドア回動装置４０を、トイレブース１０内に設けられたドア閉鎖用センサＳ２がブース利用者によってオンされた際に起動される電動モータ４１と、その電動モータ４１のロータ軸４２の回転を入力ギヤ５１およびドア１３の開閉中心軸上に固定された出力ギヤ５３を有するギヤ機構５０とで形成し、電動モータ４１のロータ４２軸から出力ギヤ５３へのトルク伝達系にドア１３側から電動モータ４１側へのトルク伝達を遮断するトルク伝達遮断機構６０を設けて復帰動機能付きヒンジ２０によりドア１３が開放位置に向けて復帰動されるのを可能とする。【選択図】図３
