PILLAR JOINT MEMBER AND PILLAR JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar joint member and pillar joint structure for preventing a fitting direction from being mistaken even when the size of an upper pillar differs from that of a lower pillar and the pillar's joint positions are different.SOLUTION: A thickness reducing part 19 is formed approximately at the center of a joint member 3. The thickness reducing part of the joint member 3 is a circular through hole penetrating a salient 13 and a main body part 2. The salient 13 is formed around the thickness reducing part 19 on the bottom surface 17 side of the joint member 3. The salient 13 is composed of a taper part 16 and a rib 15. The taper part 16 gradually tilts toward the center direction from the main body part 2 side (the salient 13's base part side) to the tip side (apex side). The rib 15 is formed at the taper part 16's apex that is also the thickness reducing part 19's edge part. The rib 15 is a portion projecting downward from the taper part 16's apex.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 上下の柱のサイズが異なる場合において、柱の接合位置が異なる場合であっても、取り付け方向を間違えることがない柱接合用部材および柱の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】 接合部材3の略中央には、除肉部19が形成される。接合部材3における除肉部は、凸部13および本体部2を貫通する円形の貫通孔である。接合部材3の下面11側には、除肉部19の周囲に凸部13が形成される。凸部13は、テーパ部16とリブ15とからなる。テーパ部16は、本体部2側(凸部13の基部側)から先端側(頂部側)に行くにつれて徐々に中心方向に向かって傾斜する。テーパ部16の頂部であって、除肉部19の縁部には、リブ15が形成される。リブ15は、テーパ部16の頂部から下方に向けて突出する部位である。【選択図】図3
