ANTI-WARPAGE CORE MATERIAL, PANEL BODY, DOOR AND DOOR DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase rigidity of an anti-warpage core material 20 that is incorporated in the inside of a door 8 as a panel body and facilitates its manufacture.SOLUTION: An anti-warpage core material 20 comprises a plate-like base part 21a disposed along a thickness direction of a door 8, and a pair of projection pieces 21b, 21b extending in parallel to each other in the same direction from both ends in the width direction of this base part 21a. The anti-warpage core material is formed by joining and integrating two core members 21, 21 of the U-shaped cross section folded and formed by an iron material while at least a portion of a back surface of each base part 21a is brought into abutment therewith. Also, the two core members 21, 21 are joined and integrated while each back surface of the base part 21a is shifted by a shift amount S in at least one hand of the width direction and the length direction of the base part 21a, and the shift amount S of those core members 21, 21 is set according to the thickness and length of the door 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】パネル体としてのドア8の内部に組み込まれる反り防止用芯材20の剛性を高くし、その製造を容易にするようにする。【解決手段】ドア8の厚さ方向に沿って配置される板状の基部21aと、この基部21aの幅方向両端から同じ向きに互いに平行に延びる1対の突出片21b,21bとからなり、鉄素材が折り曲げられて形成された断面コ字状の2つの芯部材21,21を、各々の基部21a背面の少なくとも一部を当接させた状態で接合一体化することで、反り防止用芯材20を形成する。また、2つの芯部材21,21を、各々の基部21a背面が基部21aの幅方向及び長さ方向の少なくとも一方にずれ量Sだけずれた状態で接合一体化し、それら芯部材21,21のずれ量Sをドア8の厚さや長さに応じて設定する。【選択図】図5
