PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly make it possible to effectively preventing flow channel blockage.SOLUTION: A building drainage system 12 for making drain water 18 flow down comprises: a vertical drain pipe 13 extending from upper floors 3F, 2F toward an underfloor part UF of a lower floor 1F in a low-rise building 11; upper and lower horizontal drain pipes 16, 17 connected to an upper end and lower end of the vertical drain pipe 13 through an upper joint part 14 and lower joint part 15, respectively. A ventilation space keeping part 32 capable of keeping, when receiving a flow of the drain water 18, a ventilation space 31 for preventing the drain water 18 from blocking a flow channel is provided inside each of the upper joint part 14 and lower joint part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】主に、流路閉塞を有効に防止し得るようにする。【解決手段】低層建物11の上階3F,2Fから下階1Fの床下部UFへ向けて延びる排水縦管13と、この排水縦管13の上端部および下端部に対し、上部継手部14および下部継手部15を介してそれぞれ接続された上下の排水横管16,17と、を備えて排水18を流下させるようにした建物の排水システム12に関する。上記上部継手部14および下部継手部15の両方の内部に、排水18の流れを受けて、排水18による流路閉塞を防止するための通気空間31を確保可能な通気空間確保部32をそれぞれ設けるようにする。【選択図】図2
