PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting tool, a rolling screen, and a blind that have a satisfactory daylighting characteristic and ventilation characteristic.SOLUTION: A daylighting tool 1 comprises a daylighting part 2 and a ventilation part 3 that are arranged along a light incident surface.
