ACTUATOR SYSTEM FOR ACTUATABLE DOOR AND AIRCRAFT HAVING SUCH ACTUATABLE DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new actuator system for an actuatable door that comprises less constituent components, is easier to maintain and comparatively inexpensive to manufacture.SOLUTION: The actuator system 1 comprises a stiff hinge arm 2, the stiff hinge arm 2 being provided with an actuator 7 having a pneumatically operable actuating rod 8 and being adapted to pivotally support the actuatable door and to be pivotally mounted to an associated door mounting structure, the actuating rod 8 comprising a coupling rod joint 12a that is connected to at least one coupling rod 12, the at least one coupling rod 12 being mounted to at least one torque lever 14a, 14b that is pivotally mounted in at least one hinge 16a, 16b of the stiff hinge arm 2 by means of at least one torsion bolt 13a, 13b, the at least one torsion bolt being drivingly connectable to the actuatable door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
