HOOK TYPE ONE SIDE FIXTURE METALLIC MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook type one side fixture metallic material having a mechanism for opening a leg part becoming an anchor mounted thereon and enabling the leg part to be positively released.SOLUTION: A hook type one side fixture metallic material includes: a case-like metallic fixture base body part; a nut 14 engaged in thread with a screw 13; and a fixture washer provided at an upper part of the metallic fixture base body part and holding and fixing an object to be fixed together with a leg part 12. An inner width t3 of the metallic material base body part is constituted to be larger than a short diameter of the nut 14 and shorter than a long diameter thereof. Under a normal state, it is movably inserted at the short diameter side at the nut 14 and when the screw 13 is fastened, the long diameter side is engaged with an inner wall of the metallic material base body part due to rotation of the screw 13 to enable the screw 13 to be fastened. A pressing spring 15 is installed between the upper surface wall of the metallic material base body part and the upper surface of the nut 14. When a force for keeping the closed position is released, the nut 14 presses a part of the leg part 12 by a recovering force of the pressing spring 15 in addition to a self-weight of the screw 13 and the nut 14 to assist development of the leg part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】アンカとなる脚部を開かせるための機構を搭載し、確実に脚部を開放させることを可能としたフック型ワンサイド固定金物を提供する。【解決手段】フック型ワンサイド固定金物は、筐体状の金物基体部と、ネジ13に螺合しているナット14と、金物基体部の上部に配設され、脚部12とともに被固定物を挟持固定する固定座金とを有し、金物基体部の内幅t3は、ナット14の短径より大きく且つ長径より小さくなるように構成され、通常時にはナット14の短径側で移動可能に内挿されるとともに、ネジ13の締結時には、ネジ13の回転により長径側を金物基体部の内壁に係止してネジ13締結が可能とされる。金物基体部上面壁とナット14上面との間には、押しバネ15が装着され、閉塞位置を維持する力が解除されると、ネジ13及びナット14の自重に加えて、押しバネ15の復元力によりナット14が脚部12の一部を押圧して、脚部12の展開を補助する。【選択図】図4
