PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor member capable of firmly fixing a weed-proof sheet or a weed-proof board to a ground surface.SOLUTION: A resin-based anchor member 1 includes: a screw body 2 that has a screw thread 6 on the outer periphery of a shaft 5, and is screwed into a ground surface from its tip; and a head part 3 provided on the rear end side of the screw body 2. In the anchor member, at least a part of the screw body 2 is buried into the ground. At a connection part 14 between the screw body 2 and the head part 3, a washer 20 is held in a rotatable manner. The connection part 14 includes a holding shaft 15, a tip side holding part 16 and a rear end side holding part 17. The washer 20 is held in a relatively rotatable manner relatively to the holding shaft 15, between the tip side holding part 16 and the rear end side holding part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
