PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff valve capable of switching a valve body in a closed position with small electric power.SOLUTION: A cutoff valve includes: a drive mechanism 21 interlocked and connected to an openable/closable valve body; an actuator for driving the drive mechanism 21 so as to operate the valve body in an opening position to a closed position in emergency; a rotation operation part 24 for operating the drive mechanism 21 so as to switch the valve body operated to the closed position to the opening position; and a casing for storing the drive mechanism 21 and the actuator. The rotation operation part 24 is configured by: a rotary shaft 24A supported in the casing rotatably; and a protrusion part for protruding to the outside of the casing from the rotary shaft 24A. Between a drive rotary shaft 37 and the rotary shaft 24A, a one-way clutch 40 is provided which transmits a manual rotation force of the rotary shaft 24A to the drive rotary shaft 37 only when the valve body in the closed position is switched to the opening position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
