PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting tool that suppresses rainbow irregularity within an irradiated area and does not make people inside a room feel uncomfortable.SOLUTION: A daylighting tool 100 of the present invention includes; a light control member 10 that has a first principal surface 11 for light to enter and a second principal surface 12, located opposite the first principal surface 11, for the light to exit, and is configured to deflect the light entering the first principal surface 11 toward the second principal surface 12; and a dispersion suppressing member 70 having two principal surfaces, of which one is a plane 71 and the other has a concavo-convex structure 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
