METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT-BASED SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement-based solidifying material, in which the cement-based solidifying material can be obtained, which material reduces the amount of the dust to be generated therefrom when sprayed, has excellent storage stability, and further expresses a satisfactory dust suppression effect to even fine powder-containing hydraulic powder even when a small amount of a chemical is added.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cement-based solidifying material comprises a step of mixing an aqueous solution with the hydraulic powder, which solution contains by a predetermined ratio at predetermined concentration: an ether compound (A) obtained by using tri- or higher hydric alcohol and 1-5C monohydric alcohol; glycerol (B); and one or more kinds of polyether (C) selected from an ethylene oxide-methanol adduct, the average addition molar number of whose ethylene oxide is 5-20, and polyethylene glycol having 200-1,200 weight-average molecular weight so that a ratio of the ether compound (A) to the hydraulic powder, another ratio of the glycerol (B) to the hydraulic powder, a different ratio of the polyether (C) to the hydraulic powder, and a separate ratio of the water to the hydraulic powder become predetermined values, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None
