HIGH ZIRCONIA ELECTRIC MOLTEN CAST REFRACTORY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high zirconia electric molten cast refractory less in cracks during manufacturing and increasing temperature, excellent in expandability to a molten glass, hardly generation fissures even with a thermal cycle during operating a glass melting kiln and having durability for long time.SOLUTION: There is provided a high zirconia electric molten cast refractory having a chemical component containing ZrO2 of 85 to 95 wt.%. Al2O3 of 0.4 to 2.5 wt.%, SiO2 of 3.5 to 10.0 wt.%, Na2O of 0.05 wt.% or more, Na2O and K2O of total 0.05 to 0.7 wt.%, B2O3 of 0.01 to 0.04 wt.%, the content of SrO or BaO of 0.1 to 3.0 wt.% or SrO of 0.1 wt.% or more and SrO and BaO of total 0.1 to 3.0 wt.%, CaO of 0.01 to 0.2 wt.%, MnO of 0.1 wt.% or less, SnO2 of 0.01 to 0.7 wt.%, Fe2O3 and TiO2 of total 0.3 wt.% or less, P2O5 of less than 0.01 wt.% and CuO of less than 0.01 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造時及び昇温時の割れが少なく、溶融ガラスに対する発泡性に優れ、ガラス溶解窯操業中の熱サイクルを受けても亀裂が発生しにくい、長期間の耐久性を備えた高ジルコニア電気溶融鋳造耐火物の提供。【解決手段】化学成分として、ZrO2が85〜95重量%であり、Al2O3が0.4〜2.5重量%、SiO2が3.5〜10.0重量%、Na2Oが0.05重量%以上でNa2OとK2Oの合計が0.05〜0.7重量%、B2O3が0.01〜0.04重量%、SrO或いはBaOの含有量が0.1〜3.0重量%、またはSrOが0.1重量%以上でSrOとBaOの合計量が0.1〜3.0重量%、CaOが0.01〜0.2重量%、MgOが0.1重量%以下、SnO2が0.01〜0.7重量%、Fe2O3とTiO2の合計が0.3重量%以下、P2O5が0.01重量%未満、CuOが0.01重量%未満である高ジルコニア電気鋳造耐火物とする。【選択図】図1
