PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conjugate two members more simply with enhancing reliability.SOLUTION: A conjugate 20 has a first member 21, a second member 22 having larger heat expansion coefficient than that of the first member 21 and a conjugate part 30 containing a mixed layer 33 of a transition metal and oxide of the transition metal at least as a part and conjugating the first member 21 and the second member 22. The conjugate 30 has preferably a first layer 31 containing a first oxide of the transition metal, a second layer 32 containing second oxide having lower valence of the transition metal than the first oxide and a mixed layer 33 of a metal of the transition metal and oxide of the transition metal which are formed over the first member 21 and the second member 22 as a layer shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2つの部材をより簡素に、より信頼性を高めて接合する。【解決手段】接合体20は、第1部材21と、第1部材21よりも熱膨張係数の大きい第2部材22と、遷移金属の金属とこの遷移金属の酸化物との混合層33を少なくとも一部に含み第1部材21と第2部材22とを接合する接合部30とを備えている。接合部30は、第1部材21から第2部材22にかけて、遷移金属の第1酸化物を含む第1層31と、第1酸化物に比して遷移金属の価数が低い第2酸化物を含む第2層32と、遷移金属の金属とこの遷移金属の酸化物との混合層33とが層状に形成されていることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
