HEAVY METAL INSOLUBILIZING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy metal insolubilizing material comprising blast furnace slag fine powder and gypsum, which exhibits an effect of being capable of insolubilizing harmful heavy metals and the like, for example, lead, hexavalent chromium, fluorine, and arsenic in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided is a heavy metal insolubilizing material comprising blast furnace slag fine powder and gypsum. Fineness of the blast furnace slag fine powder is, in terms of the Blaine specific surface area, 8,000 cm/g or more. The insolubilizing material contains the blast furnace slag fine powder and the gypsum in respective amounts of 50 to 95 pts.mass and 5 to 50 pts.mass in terms of anhydride, and in a total amount of 100 pts.mass. The metal insolubilizing material can preferably contain sodium metasilicate and/or sodium sulfite.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、短時間のうちに、有害な重金属等、例えば、鉛、六価クロム、フッ素、ヒ素等を不溶化し得る効果を発揮する、高炉スラグ微粉末と石膏とを含む重金属不溶化材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、高炉スラグ微粉末と石膏とを含む重金属不溶化材であって、上記高炉スラグ微粉末の粉末度が、ブレーン比表面積で8,000cm2/g以上であり、かつ、上記高炉スラグ微粉末と石膏とを、夫々、50〜95質量部と無水物換算で5〜50質量部との合計100質量部を含むことを特徴とする重金属不溶化材である。該重金属不溶化材は、好ましくは、メタケイ酸ナトリウム及び/又は亜硫酸ナトリウムを含むことができる。【選択図】なし
