CARRY-IN/CARRY-OUT DEVICE FOR CAISSON EXCAVATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry-in/carry-out device for a caisson excavator for safely performing carry-in, carry-out, repair and other types of work for a caisson excavator in an operation room at a lower part of the caisson.SOLUTION: A carry-in/carry-out device for a caisson excavator includes an excavator recovery lock 13 installed above an operation room 2, a lifting/lowering shaft 14 installed above the excavator recovery lock 13, and an excavator elevator 20 that is lifted/lowered inside the lifting/lowering shaft 14 for carrying a caisson excavator 6 into and out of the operation room 2. The excavator recovery lock 13 is installed so as to communicate between the operation room 2 and the lifting/lowering shaft 14, through an excavator recovery lock opening 9 disposed on a ceiling slab 3 of the operation room 2. Also included are openable upper and lower pressure-resistant doors 17, 18 that blocks communication between the operation room 2 and the lifting/lowering shaft 14, and an air pressure adjustment device that adjusts air pressure inside the excavator recovery lock 13 when the upper and lower pressure-resistant doors 17, 18 are closed. The excavator elevator 20 pulls the excavator 6 through the excavator recovery lock 13 with the upper and lower pressure-resistant doors 17, 18 open, as well as through the lifting/lowering shaft 14, and is lifted/lowered by being guided by a guide rail 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ケーソン下部の作業室へのケーソン掘削機の搬入と搬出、修理等を安全に行うケーソン掘削機の搬出・搬入装置を提供する。【解決手段】作業室2の上方に設けられた掘削機回収ロック13とその上方に設けられた昇降シャフト14、及び昇降シャフト14内を昇降してケーソン掘削機6を作業室2に搬入及び搬出する掘削機用昇降機20を備える。掘削機回収ロック13は作業室2の天井スラブ3に設けられた掘削機回収用ロック開口部9を介して作業室2及び昇降シャフト14と連通する。作業室2及び昇降シャフト14との連通を遮断する開閉可能な上下耐圧扉17,18と、上下耐圧扉17,18が閉じた掘削機回収ロック13内の内気圧を調整する気圧調整装置を備える。掘削機用昇降機20は上下耐圧扉17,18の開いた掘削機回収ロック13及び昇降シャフト14内を掘削機6を牽引し、ガイドレール19に案内されて昇降する。【選択図】図3
