ADJUSTMENT METHOD FOR DISCHARGED WATER VOLUME INTO RIVER FROM DISCHARGE MEANS AT WATER STORAGE FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment method for discharged water volume into a river from discharge means at a water storage facility, capable of precisely dealing with a change in inflow water volume into the water storage facility while maintaining a minimum water level of the river.SOLUTION: Water level lowering and controlling steps are implemented when a stored water level is higher than an upper threshold water level, for lowering the level of water stored in a water storage facility, and the lowered water level is set as a target lowered water level. Water level raising and controlling steps are implemented when the stored water level is lower than a lower threshold water level, and the raised water level is set as a target raised water level. The target raised water level is set lower than the upper threshold water level, at a level higher than a mean water level by a first prescribed value that is a value greater than 0. The target lowered water level is set at a level higher than the lower threshold water level, and lower than the mean water level by a second prescribed value that is a value greater than the first prescribed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】河川の維持流量を確保しながら貯水施設に対する水の流入量の変化に精度よく対応することができ、河川から取水できる水流量を増やすことが可能な、貯水施設における放流手段から河川への放流量の調節方法を提供する。【解決手段】貯水水位が上側閾値水位よりも高い場合に、水位低下制御ステップを実行して貯水施設に貯水された水の水位を低下させ、この水位を低下目標水位となるようにする。また、貯水水位が下側閾値水位よりも低い場合に、水位上昇制御ステップを実行して貯水施設に貯水された水の水位を上昇させ、この水位を上昇目標水位となるようにする。上昇目標水位は、上側閾値水位と比べて低く、かつ、中心水位と比べて0以上の値である第1所定値だけ高い水位として設定される。また、低下目標水位は、下側閾値水位と比べて高く、中心水位と比べて第1所定値よりも大きい第2所定値だけ低い水位として設定される。【選択図】図6
