DERAILMENT PREVENTION GUARD, AND PROTECTIVE METHOD FOR DERAILMENT PREVENTION GUARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crushed stone and others from being caught in a movable part of a derailment prevention guard, and enhance work efficiency.SOLUTION: A derailment prevention guard 1 is installed inside a main track rail 3 and is fixed on a top surface of a sleeper 2, and includes a cover 4 made of a magnetic material such as a magnetic plate, a steel fixing part 5 fixed on the sleeper 2, and a steel member supported on a horizontal rotary shaft 6 disposed on the fixing part 5, the steel member being rotatable around a rotary shaft 6 toward a track center side. Also included is a movable part 7 of which an upper opening may be covered with the cover 4, and a fixing bolt 8 that fixes inside and outside of the fixing part 5 onto the sleeper 2. The movable part 7 disposed rotatably by the rotary shaft 6 on the fixing part 5 is connected to the fixing part 5 with a connecting bolt 9 and a nut 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】脱線防止ガードの可動部に砕石等が詰まることを防止し、作業の効率を高める。【解決手段】脱線防止ガード1は、本線レール3の内側に配設され、枕木2の上面に固定され、磁性材料例えば磁石板からなるカバー4と、枕木2に固定する鉄鋼製の固定部5と、この固定部5に設けた水平方向の回動軸6に支持されて、この回動軸6を中心にして軌道中心側に向けて回動させることが可能な鉄鋼製部材からなり、カバー4で上部開口を覆うことが可能な可動部7とを備え、枕木2の上面には固定部5の内側と外側とが固定ボルト8で固定され、この固定部5に回動軸6で回動可能に設けられた可動部7は、連結ボルト9とナット10によって固定部5に連結される。【選択図】図2
