EQUALIZER AND HORIZONTAL BLIND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equalizer and a horizontal blind that connect an end of each of a plurality of lifting cords.SOLUTION: An equalizer 6 includes a pair of engaging members supported pivotally around a support shaft, in a way that allows opening/closing, and comprises an engaging part that sandwiches and engages with a first end of a plurality of lifting cords C1, C2 at a part above the support shaft, and a rotation restricting part that restricts rotation of the pair of engaging parts at a part below the support shaft. A horizontal blind includes the equalizer 6, a bottom rail 4 on which a second end of the plurality of lifting cords C1, C2 is fixed through a head box 1, and a plurality of slats 3 hung and supported between the head box 1 and the bottom rail 4. The first end of the plurality of lifting cords C1, C2 is guided downward through the head box 1, and connected to the equalizer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
