HOUSE WITH EVACUATION SHELTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention technology that allows a resident to evacuate promptly into a shelter at a time of earthquake, and also the shelter to be used effectively in everyday life.SOLUTION: A house 10 has an evacuation shelter 12 built inside that also serves as a staircase. The evacuation shelter 12 includes a waterproof and fireproof tower-like body part 14, a spiral staircase 16 installed inside the body part 14, and an opening 17 on each floor and a door 18 that airtightly seals the opening. A plurality of protective columns 42 is erected around the evacuation shelter 12, for blocking drifting objects at a time of tsunami.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地震発生時に住人をシェルター内に素早く避難させることができると共に、日常生活においてもシェルターを有効活用することができる防災技術を提供する。【解決手段】住宅10内に設置された階段室兼用の避難シェルター12を備え、この避難シェルター12が、防水性及び耐火性を備えた塔状の本体部14と、この本体部14内に配置された螺旋階段16と、各階毎に設けられた開口部17及びこれを気密に閉塞する開閉扉18とを備えており、避難シェルター12の周囲には、津波発生時の漂流物を堰き止める複数の防護柱42が立設されている。【選択図】図４
