UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK HEATER EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a freezing line arranged on an entire perimeter of an underground storage tank, which stores a low-temperature liquefaction gas such as LNG, at a desired position.SOLUTION: A side heater 4, which is buried in a foundation 2 around a periphery of an underground storage tank 1, comprises: an inner pipe 5 extending in vertical direction, in which a heater liquid is poured from an upper part and drained from a lower part; an outer pipe 6, which surrounds the inner pipe 5 and makes the heater liquid drained from the lower part of the inner pipe 5 flow through and drains the heater liquid from the upper part. At least a part of side heater 4A has an extended diameter part 20 that is formed by locally extending the diameter of the outer pipe 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 LNGなどの低温液化ガスを貯蔵する地下タンク1回りの凍結線を所望の位置に維持する。【解決手段】 地下タンク1の外周部を囲んで地盤2に埋設される側部ヒータ4は、上下方向に延在して、ヒータ液が上部から流入し、下部から流出する内管5と、内管5を包囲し、内管5の下部から流出するヒータ液を通流させて、上部から排出させる外管6と、を含んで構成される。ここにおいて、少なくとも一部の側部ヒータ4Aは、外管6の径を局部的に拡径してなる拡径部20を有する。【選択図】 図1
