CHEMICAL INJECTION METHOD AND FILLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection method and a filler that reduce waste disposal costs and environmental loads accompanying ground improvement work, at the same time helping to reduce labor and cost for preparing the chemical, by using a liquid glass solution-based chemical as a filler.SOLUTION: The chemical injection method is a chemical injection method of a double-packer construction method, in which a filler 3 is injected into an insertion hole 2 excavated in a ground 1, and a chemical is injected into the ground 1 after inserting an injection outer pipe 4 and an injection inner pipe 5. The chemical injection method comprises steps for injecting a primary chemical 6 into the ground 1 through the injection inner tube 5, and injecting a secondary chemical into the ground 1 through the injection inner tube 5 after injecting the primary chemical 6. The filler 3 contains a liquid glass solution-based chemical that mixes liquid glass with a reaction agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】充填剤に水ガラス溶液系の薬液を使用することにより、地盤改良作業に伴う廃棄コストの低減や環境負荷軽減を達成することができ、薬液の準備の手間やコストの削減に寄与することのできる薬液注入工程及び充填剤を提供すること。【解決手段】この薬液注入方法は、地盤1を掘削した挿入孔2に充填剤3を注入し、注入外管4及び注入内管5を挿入した上で地盤1に向けて薬液を注入するダブルパッカー工法における薬液注入方法であって、注入内管5を介して地盤1に一次薬液6を注入する工程と、一次薬液6を注入した後に、注入内管5を介して地盤1に二次薬液を注入する工程と、を有し、充填剤3が、水ガラスと反応剤とを混合した水ガラス溶液系薬液を含む。【選択図】図3
