MOLDED-AND-LEFTOVER PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded-and-leftover panel that curtails construction period of a concrete structure, at the same time forming a beautiful landscape.SOLUTION: A molded-and-leftover panel 1 is formed in the following steps for: laying a temporary holding member 18 at a bottom part of a mold 17; installing a decorative member 11, in a temporarily held decorative member state with a part of a side surface of the decorative member embedded in the temporary holding member 18; casting high-strength and high-flowability concrete 9 in the mold 17 for forming a high-strength concrete part with the decorative member 11 in a fixed and directly held state; and removing the high-strength concrete member from the mold 17 and the temporary holding member 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】コンクリート構造物の形成施工期間を短くするとともに、美しい景観を形成する型枠形成残存パネルを提供する。【解決手段】型枠１７の底部に仮保持部材１８を敷き、化粧部材１１を、その側面の一部を、仮保持部材１８に埋め込んだ化粧部材仮保持状態とし、型枠１７に高強度高流度コンクリート９を打設し、化粧部材１１を固定直接保持形態とした高強度コンクリート部を形成し、型枠１７および仮保持部材１８から離し型枠形成残存パネル１を形成する。【選択図】図８
