COLUMN INSTALLATION METHOD AND COLUMN INSTALLATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column installation method and a column installation structure that enhances positional accuracy of a column relative to a foundation part.SOLUTION: In a column installation method, a PC column 10 is inserted into a hole formed on a foundation part 2 from above, and grout G and mortar are cast between the PC column 10 and the foundation part 2 for integrating the PC column 10 with the foundation part 2. The column installation method comprises the following steps for: embedding a positioning member 5 into a bottom 2d of an opening, with a head part 5a of the positioning member 5 exposed, the positioning member being for positioning the PC column 10 with regard to the foundation part 2; positioning a guide pin 4 with regard to the opening and fixing the guide pin 4 on the head part 5a of the positioning member 5 embedded at the bottom 2d of the opening; and erecting the PC column 10 by lowering the PC column 10 into the opening, in such a way to have the guide pin 4 inserted from below into a hole part 10b formed on an edge surface 10d on one side of the PC column 10, after fixing the guide pin 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、基礎部に対する柱の位置精度を高めることができる柱の設置方法及び柱の設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】PC柱10を基礎部2に形成された開口部に上から挿入し、PC柱10と基礎部2との間にグラウトG及びモルタルを打設してPC柱10と基礎部2とを一体化させる柱の設置方法である。基礎部2に対するPC柱10の位置決めを行う位置決め部材5の頭部5aを露出させた状態で、位置決め部材5を開口部の底2dに埋め込む工程と、開口部に対するガイドピン4の位置合わせを行って、開口部の底2dに埋め込まれた位置決め部材5の頭部5aにガイドピン4を固定させる工程と、ガイドピン4を固定させた後に、PC柱10の一端面10dに形成された孔部10bにガイドピン4を下から挿入させるようにPC柱10を開口部に降ろしてPC柱10の建て込みを行う工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
