SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SHALLOW LAYER GROUND IMPROVEMENT WORK AND SHALLOW LAYER GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for shallow layer ground improvement work and a shallow layer ground improvement method using the system, for enabling uniform mixing work, without relying on skills of experienced operators, by quantifying and making visible the mixing work between an improvement material and soil in a shallow layer ground improvement method, in addition to enabling tracing of the mixing work.SOLUTION: A support system for shallow layer ground improvement work includes: GPS positioning means that identifies a location and orientation of a backhoe; bucket movement recording means that divides a construction area into a plurality of segment groups based on a virtual three-dimentional coordinate system, identifies a bucket position based on the position and orientation of the backhoe, and records a number of times that the bucket passed through any of the segments contained in the segment groups; and a monitor displaying the number of passages through each segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】浅層地盤改良工法における改良材と土との混合作業を定量化し、可視化することにより、オペレータの熟練度に頼ることなく、均質な混合作業を可能にし、さらに、混合作業のトレースを可能にすることができる浅層地盤改良工事支援システム及びそれを用いた浅層地盤改良工事方法を提供する。【解決手段】バックホウの位置及び方位を特定するGPS測位手段と、施工領域を仮想的に3次元空間座標に基づいて複数のセグメント群に分割し、バックホウの位置及び方位に基づいてバケットの位置を特定し、セグメント群に含まれる何れかのセグメントをバケットが通過した回数を記録するバケット移動記録手段と、各セグメントにおける通過した回数を表示するモニタと、を備える。【選択図】図5
