CONDUIT TUBE PULL-UP DEVICE, CONDUIT TUBE PULL-UP METHOD, AND PILE DRIVING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit tube pull-up device used with a vibration hammer for separating and pulling up a conduit tube for injection fitted on a pile, from the pile after driving the pile.SOLUTION: A conduit tube pull-up device includes a conduit pipe-side connection 5 disposed at an upper edge of each of a plurality of conduit tubes 6A, 6B, 6C fitted on a pile 8, vibration hammer-side connections 3A, 3B disposed on a vibration hammer 1, and a flexible wire material 4 connecting each of the conduit tube-side connections 5 and each of the vibration hammer-side connections 3A, 3B. The plurality of conduit tubes 6A, 6B, 6C are divided into a plurality of groups consisting of one or a plurality of the tubes. The flexible wire material 4 is connected to each of the groups of the plurality of conduit tubes 6A, 6B, 6C in a sagging state, with a chuck device 11 of the flexible wire material holding the pile 8. The flexible wire material 4 is sagged in a prescribed way, such that the flexible wire material is strained at different heights of the vibration hammer 1 when the vibration hammer 1 is pulled up, to suit each group of the plurality of conduit tubes 6A, 6B, 6C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】噴射用導管を取付けた杭を打設した後に杭から導管を離脱させ引上げるためにバイブロハンマと共に用いる導管引上げ装置を提供する。【解決手段】杭8に取付けられた複数の導管6A, 6B, 6Cの各々の上端に設けた各導管側連結部5と、バイブロハンマ1上に設けた各バイブロハンマ側連結部3A, 3Bと、各導管側連結部5と各バイブロハンマ側連結部3A, 3Bをそれぞれ連結する各可撓性線材4と、を備え、複数の導管6A, 6B, 6Cは1本又は複数本からなる複数の組に分けられ、可撓性線材4はチャック装置11が杭8を把持した状態にて複数の導管6A, 6B, 6Cの各組毎に所定の弛みをもって連結しており、バイブロハンマ1を引上げるとき、複数の導管6A, 6B, 6Cの各組毎に、バイブロハンマ1の異なる高さにて可撓性線材4が緊張するように所定の弛みが設けられる。【選択図】図1
