HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM OF WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive system of a work machine capable of securing excellent operability in regenerating a pressure oil discharged from a hydraulic actuator in driving another actuator.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive system of a work machine includes a regeneration passage 18 connecting a bottom-side oil chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 4 to between a hydraulic pump 1 and a second hydraulic actuator 8, regeneration flow rate adjustment means supplying at least a part of the pressure oil discharged from the bottom-side oil chamber to between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator through the regeneration passage, differential pressure calculating means reading a pressure of the bottom-side oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder detected by a first pressure detecting means 25 and a pressure between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator detected by a second pressure detecting means 26, and calculating the differential pressure, or a differential pressure detecting means, and a control device for controlling the regeneration flow rate adjustment means so that a flow rate of the pressure oil flowing in the regeneration passage is gradually increased according to the differential pressure calculated by the differential pressure calculating means, or increase of the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure detecting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】油圧アクチュエータから排出された圧油を他のアクチュエータの駆動に再生する場合に、良好な操作性を確保できる作業機械の油圧駆動システムを提供する。【解決手段】油圧シリンダ4のボトム側油室を油圧ポンプ1と第2油圧アクチュエータ8との間に接続する再生通路18と、ボトム側油室から排出される圧油の少なくとも一部を再生通路を介して油圧ポンプと第2油圧アクチュエータの間に供給する再生流量調整手段と、第1圧力検出手段25が検出した油圧シリンダのボトム側油室の圧力、および第2圧力検出手段26が検出した油圧ポンプと第2油圧アクチュエータの間の圧力とを読み込み、差圧を算出する差圧算出手段、又は差圧検出手段と、差圧算出手段が算出した差圧、又は差圧検出手段が検出した差圧の増加に応じて再生通路を流れる圧油の流量を徐々に増加させるように再生流量調整手段を制御する制御装置を備えた。【選択図】図1
