PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overdischarge of a battery by detecting the voltage of the battery periodically, when a key switch is turned off, while also coping with theft.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring system makes a controller 10 of an agricultural work vehicle 1 and a management server 3 of a management center 2 and the terminals of a user 6 and a store 8 communicable via a communication device. The agricultural work vehicle 1 includes a positioning device 33, a voltage sensor 21 becoming voltage detection means of a battery 7, and timing means, and is connected with the controller 10. At the time of power saving standby mode where a key switch 36 is turned off, the controller 10 is started automatically at a setting time by a start instruction from the management center, and transmits the current position of the agricultural work vehicle 1 and the voltage and date of the battery 7 to the management server 3 via the communication device, and when the voltage of the battery 7 is less than a set value, remote monitoring means of the management server 3 reports the fact to the user 6 and the store 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
