PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanding material composition for preventing pop-out that can produce concrete having excellent durability and beauty free from the occurrence of pop-out.SOLUTION: The expanding material composition for preventing pop-out comprises a resin hollow microsphere whose surface is coated with an inorganic powder by heat and an expanding material and contains 2 to 20 pts.mass of the resin hollow microsphere and 80 to 98 pts.mass of the expanding material in 100 pts.mass of the total of the resin hollow microsphere and the expanding material. The inorganic powder is one kind or two or more kinds selected from among calcium carbonate, cement and an expanding material. A method for preventing pop-out of concrete comprises using the expanding material composition for preventing pop-out.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポップアウトが発生せず優れた耐久性と美観のあるコンクリートが得られるポップアウト防止用膨張材組成物を提供する。【解決手段】表面に無機粉体を熱でコ−テングした樹脂中空微小球と膨張材とからなり、樹脂中空微小球と膨張材の合計１００質量部中、樹脂中空微小球が２〜２０質量部、膨張材が８０〜９８質量部であるポップアウト防止用膨張材組成物であり、無機粉体が、炭酸カルシウム、セメント、及び膨張材の中から選ばれる１種又は２種以上である前記ポップアウト防止用膨張材組成物であり、前記ポップアウト防止用膨張材組成物を用いてなるコンクリートのポップアウトを防止する方法、である。【選択図】なし
